Who said that the EFL Cup needs fixing?

Whilst attendances at games aren’t exactly the greatest in general, that certainly isn’t the case for Nottingham Forest fans as they prepare for their trip to Arsenal in a few weeks time.

Fans were incredibly excited when tickets prices were announced last week, and they have followed up that excitement by promptly selling out their allocation at the Emirates. In fact, we’re even at a situation now where Nottingham Forest are having to ask Arsenal if the club can have even more tickets, and the club have been given an extra 1,000 as a result.

Whilst most clubs will lay claim to being the most loyal and most dedicated fan-base, I think we can all agree that taking 7,300 for a midweek game to London is pretty spectacular. I know that a lot of Forest fans were confident of victory when the draw was first made, however I am incredibly impressed with the number of fans that are confident enough to make the trip down there.

And that impression has made its way to the rest of the Forest fan base as well who took to Twitter when the news came out to show just how impressed they were with how quickly tickets for the game have gone.
