Having looked so comfortable at the start of the month, not just tonight, but across the whole of the Championship restart, we conspired to throw it away. Our loss tonight, combined with Swansea City’s victory at Reading means that Nottingham Forest dropped out of the playoffs.
And as you might expect, there was plenty of anger at the full-time whistle from the supporters.
I actually don't believe it. Genuinely. Couple of weeks back, automatic promotion was on the cards. Now we're consigned to the Championship for yet another season. It's just awful really.
