It’s fast approaching the stage where Forest might as well just cancel the Player of the Year award ceremony and just hand him the award right now.
The amount of times this man has been the talking point coming out of a game is quite frankly mind-boggling, and you sort of get the feeling that it’s going to take some effort from the rest of the squad to displace him from the top of the leader board.
This last game marked a bit of a special occasion for Forest goalkeeper Brice Samba, as he managed to secure his 10th clean sheet of the season in all competitions, although that landmark was under serious threat as he faced a late penalty from the visitors. And as has become something of a tradition, Forest fans were more than happy to swarm onto social media to extend their praise to the 25-year-old shot-stopper.

Not just any pen save, very strong left forearm to get the ball out of the 6 yard area.

I wonder if it’s too early to start looking into a new contract to try and keep other clubs away from him? Although the interest hasn’t come in yet, if he keeps up these performances, it will only be a matter of time.
