I mean, it’s a marked improvement on the last time he faced England.
After the fans reactions to his display that night, you’d think that he’d be lucky to ever kick a ball again let alone play for his country. But either England took it easy on him, or he is legitimately getting better at his job.
Despite losing 4-0 to England last night, Nottingham Forest’s Kosovan keeper put in a much more rounded display than he did the last time the two teams met, making a couple of decent saves and overall just not embarrassing himself.
That’s why there were a number of onlooking Forest fans who were keen to take to social media and praise him for his efforts on what was, overall a bit of a bad night, despite his improvements. Although it still wasn’t enough to convince every single one of the Forest faithful, which again is still better than the near-unanimous condemnation that he received last time, so it’s a step in the right direction.
Good back up if anything happens to samba imo

Couldn’t really do anything about any of the goals. Thought Muric did ok tonight in fairness. Not for one minute suggesting he goes back in between the sticks for us. But I still think he’d do a good job elsewhere #nffc

Muric seems to have come a long way since the opening game against West Brom at the City Ground. Looks like he’s been working hard. #nffc #EURO2020 #KOSENG #muric

Have you watched the game? First 2 goals nothing he could do. Yes could’ve done better with the 3rd but their defence let Rashford through unchallenged

Should Nottingham Forest cut Arijanet Muric's loan short in January?
Yes
No
Still don’t think it’s enough to convince Lamouchi to give him the job of starting goalkeeper just yet though, do you?
