I don’t know if I’d go as far as these supporters have.
Alright I can see some of their concerns, but I think overall the good far outweighs the bad that they’ve done.
BBC Radio Nottingham recently reported that Nottingham Forest’s head coach Sabri Lamouchi was in Greece to speak with club officials to help discuss the plans ahead of next season, with a particular focus on recruitment.
The players brought in last year were a bit of a mixed bag, there were some duds like Chema, Rafa Mir and Aro Muric. But there were also gems like Samba Sow, Brice Samba and Sammy Ameobi, so if we’re going to be ‘improving’ on what we did last year, then I am really looking forward to seeing what the club has in store.
Are you confident about the summer transfer window?
Yes
No
As opposed to these supporters for instance, who felt like the whole recruitment team needed to be brought down a peg or two for the way they have handled things in the past.
Genuine question what are the heads of recruitment still doing at the club?
They failed miserably

Absolute joke of a statement – the recruitment team should have been fired – this is once again all talk and ultimately no action, and you media are the willing fools spreading this false hope – Fray let Sabri off the hook with the last interview and here we are again! #NFFC

Hopefully the head of recruitment is no longer the one responsible for the poor signings in January

Can’t get any worse. Was worse than the dreaded Davies one from 8 years ago. That window stopped all our momentum

They should all get the bullet and bring some new people in. If Sabri was given championship proven players in January who knows what could of happened. Recruitment is always the issue. Hopefully Sabri takes it over from now on.

I think we had more successful transfer windows when we were under embargo

What about you? Do you think the recruitment team have done a good job recently?
