According to Nottingham Live, Millwall are looking to sign Oliver Burke who could be available on loan in January as he’s struggled for first-team football at West Bromwich Albion. Burke is reportedly free to leave on a temporary basis has he’s been short of form and playing time at the Hawthorns and will be desperate to get competitive action anywhere possible.

Vital Forest previously suggested the Reds should make a move for the Scotland u21 international to solve their problems in attack, with Gil Dias producing very little in games and Diogo Gonçalves hardly featuring after joining on loan from Benfica over the summer. Burke made scored and created nine goals in 31 games for Forest between 2014 and 2016 before his ill-fated move to RB Leipzig.

Letting Millwall procure his signature would be a big mistake as Burke could be a good addition to the side. He’s adept of beating his opponent in a one-on-one and has good pace to outrun his marker. Burke is 21 and still raw, but he could bring goals back to the Forest side. Aitor Karanka’s men have failed to score in four of their last five league games.
