This is part of the beauty of midweek games.

You’re still on a high after winning over the weekend, then you get a quick turnaround before you have to do it all again.

And even better if you win in midweek, you get to carry it on into the following weekend. The fun never stops.

Tomorrow night sees the Reds travel to Ewood Park to take on Blackburn Rovers. Forest’s current unbeaten league run stands at eight, but will face a tough test against a Blackburn Rovers side currently sitting in midtable and who will be looking to bounce back from Saturday’s defeat to Luton Town.

So, how did Forest fans see this one playing out? Well the vast majority of them think that the Reds are going to maintain their push at the top of the table by picking up all three points, although there wasn’t a lot of faith being shown in the defence as very few people predicted a clean sheet.

Although there were a couple of people still holding out that things might not go so well for them. It’s a rather fine line that one, you’re not sure if they’re being pessimistic or if they just don’t want to get ahead of themselves. Hopefully it’s the latter, because with the run we’ve been on I’m not quite sure how anyone could be pessimistic.
