Well, the promotion train has been stationary for quite a long time.
Now it’s time for us to kick it back into gear again.
The EFL announced yesterday that the Championship season will get underway again on the 20th June. Although I should point out that it is still a provisional date, and there are still a few things that need to be cleared before that, such as safety requirements, which is why testing is still in place, but at least we’re getting closer to a concrete return date for the season.
With Forest firmly in the driving seat for a playoff spot, it will remain to be seen whether or not we’ll be able to keep up that pace until the end of the season, but with some crucial games to come against our fellow promotion-chasing sides like Preston North End, Bristol City and Fulham, it is sure to be an exciting end to the season.
Will Forest at least be in the playoffs when the season is over?
