Nottingham Forest face a potentially decisive game in their promotion campaign on Wednesday night, as they host Stoke at The City Ground in the final game of the regular Championship season.

Going into the match, Forest know that a draw or better will guarantee their play-off place this season, while their better goal difference than that of top-six rivals Cardiff or Swansea means they could be in a strong position to claim one of the two places still to be confirmed even with defeat.

Even so, having picked up just four wins from their last 16 league games, the pressure remains on the club to improve those results if they are to have any chance of securing a place in the Premier League next season.

One man who seems keen to try and lift the mood around the club heading into a crucial few weeks in their history, is John Bostock.

The midfielder, who has started just one league game for the club since joining on loan from Toulouse last summer, took to Twitter ahead of the Stoke game to stress the importance of the coming days to the club, while also expressing a desire for those at the club to remain united during such a crucial period.

Responding to that post from Bostock, plenty of Forest fans were keen to pay tribute to the attitude of the midfielder, with many lamenting his lack of opportunities during his time at The City Ground.

Here, we take a look at what some of those supporters had to say.
