Looks like it’s déjà vu all over again.
For two weeks in a row now Nottingham Forest have been on the receiving of some questionable officiating decisions. And whereas last week fans were left fuming with referee Keith Stroud for his handling of the game, this week it all comes down to one decision in particular.
The Reds drew 0-0 with Queens Park Rangers, but the main talking point of the game came from the first half. Forest thought they had taken the lead inside the first 15 minutes, only for the goal to be disallowed for a moving ball during the set piece as a result of the wind.
Now whilst rules might be rules, it does seem a little bit unfair for a goal to be ruled out for something that wasn’t exactly Joe Lolley’s fault. Surely some common sense has to come into play?
Well that was more or less the feeling that the Forest fans were feeling in the aftermath of the goal and the game as they were left fuming with the decision to rule it out, knowing that it cost them two vital points.
It's not like the wind has blown the ball outside the corner area! #NFFC

Who is getting an advantage here?

I thought that the moving ball rule was to stop a team getting advantage from quick free kicks? Not the wind blowing as a corner is taken
