Nathan Tyson today switched allegiance and joined arch rivals Derby County on a free transfer.

The Rams official site, says he’s signed a 3 year deal with the Championship strugglers. The 29 year old winger signed for Nottingham Forest in 2005, in a £650,000 move from Wycombe Wanderers. He scored 40 goals in his Forest career and missed 100 more.

Tyson was something of a fans favourite in his time at the City Ground, due to the effort and commitment he showed on the pitch. He had electrifying pace, but a dreadful first touch and lack of composure in front of goal. Good luck Nathan Tyson.
