Wes Morgan is the major doubt for Forest as he tries to overcome a knee injury he picked up in last weeks 3-0 win at Cheltenham.
Wes had a fitness test yesterday and the club will wait until today to see if there’s any reaction to it.
Ian Breckin will step in for Wes if he fails to make the game. It would be his first start of the campaign, after recovering from injury himself.
Both Kelvin Wilson and Luke Chambers are expected to be fit. Both are playing through the pain barrier at the moment with niggling injuries.
Rovers striker and former Notts player Paul Heffernan is set to return after a groin injury, while Lewis Guy is available after completing a three game suspension.
Mark McCammon and Martin Woods are both doubtful. Steve Roberts is out with a bruised foot.
KO is 3pm and it’s Kids For a Quid.
