After reportedly turning down a bid from Southampton for Forest striker Nathan Tyson, fresh rumours are surfacing of another bid coming in for the player, this time from Premiership newboys Blackpool.
Sky Sports News claims that Blackpool are ready to make an offer for 28 year old Tyson, after failing in their attempts to land other targets. Reds’ boss Billy Davies has gone on record saying he wishes to keep him and that he will be in his plans for the coming campaign.
With still no official news of the expected new arrivals, The NEP are saying a loan deal for Chelsea left back Ryan Bertrand is close to being sealed.
Bertrand would be an excellent addition to the squad and has made 5 appearances for England at U’21 level. Although he’s been with Chelsea since 2006, he’s spent almost his entire time there out on loan.
