Good news eminating from the City Ground today, in that a deal has been agreed between Forest and Manchester City, to keep defender Greg Cunningham at the club until the end of the season.

The current deal with Cunningham, would have expired after the Reds’ game with Cardiff on Saturday. He’s played 10 games for us since joining from City in October and has been an excellent signing for the club.

Manager Steve Cotterill told the official site. ‘He’s a really good footballer and a fantastic lad – he has fitted in around the place very well. Everything has now been agreed with Manchester City and we’re just finalising all the paperwork that needs to be done.’
