If a teams success was measured by the number of players rumoured to be wanted by other clubs, then Forest would be riding pretty high at the moment, with Chris Cohen becoming the latest player to be linked with a summer move away from the City Ground.

The Daily Mail report that Bolton manager Owen Coyle is preparing a £5m bid for Cohen and that it’s the second time he’s tried to sign him, having failed in January. The paper also says we’ve rejected a £750,000 offer from Ipswich for James Perch.

The bid for Cohen comes hot on the heels of speculation that Kelvin Wilson is a transfer target for Celtic. Both Cohen and Wilson were an integral part of the team last season and will be in Billy Davies’ plans for the next campaign. Whilst he will want to keep both players at the club, they may find the offer for Cohen too good to turn down.
