Paul Anderson has agreed a deal which sees him move to Championship rivals Bristol City.

Forest signed Anderson from Liverpool in 2009 for a fee of £250,000, at a time when it was believed he would sign for Swansea, but the Reds’ managed to beat the Swans to his signature.

Anderson is still only 24, but he was not offered a new contract by Forest when it ran out in June. It was thought he was going to sign for Blackpool, but he failed to agree terms with the Tangerines.

He made 120 appearances in his time at the City Ground, scoring 7 goals.
