In the latest Vital Forest Poll, we asked where you thought the Reds would be in terms of league position on New Years Day and you called it right.

55% of the Vital vote said we’d finish in 2nd place. This shows a degree of confidence in the team, despite a slight dip in form over the Christmas period. That’s been a time in the past when the wheels normally fall off, but this year we seem to have come through it almost unscathed. Just.

Only 14% thought we would be top, which goes to show we’re not quite as arrogant as others paint us. 13% said we would be 3rd and 4% thought we would end up in 4th. It’s heartening to know that only 8% of the voters were depressed enough to feel we’d finish outside the top 6. Oh, ye of little faith.
