The Football League in conjunction with http://www.fourfourtwo.premiumtv.co.uk/page/FLAwards/0,,11442~938822,00.html are for the second year, running the competition to find the fan of the year.
Last years winner was Jeff Hall, a lifelong Chesterfield fan, who did everything from painting the changing rooms to sweeping the terraces.
