Nottingham Forest welcomed Stoke City to our home soil on Saturday afternoon and both sides battled out a scoreless draw.

The result leaves Forest just a point shy of the Play-Off spots in the Championship table but we are now unbeaten in four once again. With greater possession and chances on the day it really should’ve been all three points on the day though so that will be a disappointment for many.

With improvements in the final 45 minutes, sometimes you just have to doff your cap to an opposition goalkeeper, and Jack Butland’s performance secured them a point and Whoscored understandably gave him the highest rating for Stoke.

26-year-old Tendayi Darikwa took their overall star man rating for his individual showing though, pulling in a rating of 7.82 from the game.

Jack Colback, Tobias Figueiredo, Joe Lolley and Costel Pantilimon completed the top five performers for Forest in their scores but when you look at the stats, I think few can argue with Darikwa’s involvements overall.
