Forest striker Marcus Tudgay, has today agreed to join Championship rivals Barnsley.

This will be the second time Tudgay has spent time with the Tykes on loan, having played 9 games for them last year. The 30 year old scored 3 goals during his time at Oakwell.

Tudgay had agreed a one year contract extension to his current deal at the City Ground this summer, but has failed to figure in manager Billy Davies’ plans so far this campaign. The loan deal with Barnsley will last until January 3.
