By the looks of things, those at the City Ground have done a wonderful job cleaning up the snow and whatnot – ahead of our game tomorrow.

It would appear, then, that we`re good to go against Birmingham and now I`m just hoping that the players step up to the mark after all the effort that has gone in.

Certainly, it`s a match we should be winning looking at the two teams` confidence-wise, but this is Forest we`re talking about and so we all know what that could bring.

One thing I`m looking for Karanka to do, though, is get Joe Worrall into the side but not at the expense of Danny Fox.

Aitor has done a good job of managing his squad so far with the number of new faces coming in and I think this task should be easy for him really.

Worrall comes in at centre-half, then, but Danny should get to move back to his favoured position with Ben Osborn surely getting left out.

I`ve been impressed with Fox as a makeshift centre-half. Of course, I wouldn`t want him there permanently, but I think he has done a more than decent job for us.

He doesn`t deserve, then, to just be dropped now Joe is back with the team and so, in many ways, it`s almost fortunate we`ve still not solved the left-back area in recent weeks.

Had we done so, Fox would probably be sat on the bench against the Blues this weekend but with Juan Fuentes still needing to really get up to speed, I think Danny is a certainty for this one.

Now, then, I`m just hoping he makes use of it and turns the spot into his own, but I bet I`ve put some kind of jinx on him now!

Should Fox start tomorrow? Let me know in the poll!
