Q – How long have you been following Forest and what was your first game?

I am from Derry in Northern Ireland and have been following Nottingham Forest FC since the age of 6 (1977).

Q – What are your most memorable moments as a Forest fan? Good and Bad.

As a really young fan the two European cups, especially the Trevor Francis goal against Malmo. I remember getting my mum to buy all the footie magazines to get the photo posters.

Q – Since you have been following Forest, what would your best starting eleven be? And who is your all time favourite player?

SHILTON

Des Walker–Jonny Metgod–Kenny Burns?Stuart Pierce

Ian Woan?Roy Keane–Martin O`Neill— Brian Roy

Stan Collymore-Teddy Sheringham

Q – In your opinion, what is the best goal you have seen Forest score?

Without a doubt Stan Collymore v Manchester United, pick either of the spectacular ones, but the one where he picks up the ball deep and runs half the length of the pitch before shooting and scoring stands out.

Q- Which player(s) would you like to see us sign this summer (realistically)?

Maynard, because he reminds me so much on Stan Collymore. I would also like to see a quality playmaking midfielder from Europe and of course a left back.

Q – All seater stadia. Good thing, or a bad thing?

I think a mix of both is best for atmosphere.

Q – What are your thoughts on how Forest did last season and how did it compare to your expectations?

I was disappointed, but not surprised. Not surprised because I didn`t really have much faith in Billy Davies taking us to the top flight. I had a lot of concerns about his tactics and the constant wrangling with the board.

Q – What are your expectations for next season in the Championship/Where will we finish?

I genuinely believe that we can finish in the top two this year with the addition of the new manager and new quality players. I think we will see the best football at the City Ground for a long, long time. I predict as good as we saw under Frank Clark.

Q- Was it right for the club to sack Billy Davies?

Absolutely. Totally right, and I know that this isn`t a popular opinion among many Forest fans. What I would say is that in 10 years time Billy Davies won`t even be remembered as a Forest manager. I disagreed with his tactics and his conduct when dealing with the club. He did a job, yes, but I think where he got us was the height of what he could ever do with Forest.

Q – What’s your opinion on the appointment of Steve McClaren and will he bring success to the club?

Steve McClaren is a great coach and we are so lucky to have him. He has great contacts and I think he and his backroom staff are more than capable of taking Forest to the next level. He is on a higher level completely than Davies.

Q- Acquisitions Panel. Good thing or bad?

It depends really, I think David Platt`s tenure painfully shows what can happen when a manager has full reign over signings. But there is a balance to be struck here, too many cooks and all of that. I think if the Chairman has confidence in his manager then the manager`s view should hold sway,

Q – Where do you sit/stand at the City Ground?

Q – Name the celebrity whose back doors you’d most like to smash.

Jonathan Ross, back doors, front doors, every entry and exit point really. The most unfunny, irritating, egotistical and overpaid human being I can think of.
