Mr. Michael Oliver from sunny Norhumberland, gets the privelege of refereeing the game at the City Ground today.

Mr. Oliver will be hoping to endear himself to the City Ground faithful, in much the same way that his colleague Stuart Attwell did, when we were last infront of the Sky TV cameras against the Sheep a few weeks ago. Hopefully, this time there will be no last minute penalty decisions to give.

So far this season, Mr. Oliver has officiated in 15 games and has dished out 36 yellow cards and 2 red. The last time he took control of a game involving us, was last season in the 2-0 home victory over Crewe.

Ably assisting him on the lines will be Mr. J. R. Tyas and Mr. G. Wallace. The fourth official will be Mr. R. L. Shoebridge.
