The Men In Black: Tractor Boys v Forest

The match officials for tonight’s game at Portman Road, between the tractor boys of Ipswich and Nottingham Forest have been announced.

Mr. G. L. Ward (of no fixed abode according to the Football League website), gets the privelege of refereeing tonight’s Championship encounter, where he’ll hopefully do a better job than some of the dross we’ve had of late.

Mr. Ward has taken charge of 6 games so far this campaign, in which he’s dished out 16 yellow cards and 0 red. According to the stats at Soccerbase.com, this will be his first game in charge of the Reds’.

He will be ably assisted on the lines by Mr. W. Atkin and Mr. J. D. A. Hopkins and the 4th official is Mr. A. Sannerude.
