Premier League referee Mr. Michael Oliver from sunny Northumberland, gets the gig for the live on Sky TV game at Hillsborough today between Sheffield Wednesday and Nottingham Forest (KO:5.20pm).

Mr. Oliver last had the pleasure of taking charge of a game involving the Reds’ back in the 2010/11 season, when he refereed the 1-0 away defeat at Leicester. He booked two players on that occasion, Ryan Bertrand and Chris Cohen of Forest.

So far this campaign, Mr. Oliver has officiated in 28 games, in which he’s dished out 65 yellow cards and 1 red. He will be ably assisted on the lines by Mr. Marc Perry and Mr. Ian Hussin. The fourth official is Mr. Gary Sutton.
