Premiership referee Mr. Lee Probert from sunny Gloucestershire, gets the gig for the game at the Madejski Stadium today, between Reading and Forest.

Mr. Probert had the privilege of refereeing 3 games involving the Reds’ last season, all away from home. They were the 1-1 draw at ‘Boro, that superb 3-1 win over West Brom and the less impressive 3-0 defeat to Fester. He took charge of 33 games last season and dished out a whopping 119 yellow cards and 7 red.

He will be ably assisted on the lines by Mr. D. C. Richards and Mr. P. Thompson. The 4th official will be Mr. G. Horwood.

  • With another four yellows today, this bloke hasn’t slowed down at all.
I wonder how many of the Leeds players would have survived his wrath last week?
