What a great anniversary present for the boss, slowly moving our way up the table.
Would it be dangerous of me to suggest that we could just sneak in to that 2nd spot after all? Well I won’t because I don’t want to jinx the whole thing (yes I believe in that stuff).
Do we still have a realistic shot at the top two?
Yes
No
Nottingham Forest picked up their first three points since the restart this afternoon as they easily dispatched of struggling Huddersfield Town at the City Ground, with Lewis Grabban scoring a brace, and Ryan Yates adding a third for the home side.
It’s a win that puts us in a great position heading into the final few weeks of the season, equidistant (in terms of points anyway) between the top two and 7th place. And there was plenty of joy to be had amongst the Forest fans when the result came in.
Shame about the clean sheet but it doesn’t matter, great performance, still a slight chance of automatics!

What about you? What did you make of that result and its implications for the rest of the season?
