Given that we’ve got the worst record when it comes to goals scored of any team in the top 6 right now, we need all the practice that we can get.
The Nottingham Forest players are deep in their training routine right now as they enter the second week of training at the Nigel Doughty academy, and the club’s social media team have done a great job of giving us a behind the scenes look at the work that’s going in.
Their latest installment came in the form of some shooting practice that the players took part in, with some great goals being scored, and some equally impressive saves by Brice Samba in goal, although there were one or two efforts that weren’t quite so pleasing on the eye.
Will Forest at least be in the playoffs when the season is over?

Either way the footage has really cheered up the Forest fans on social media, as they begin to look forward to the season getting underway after the news from the EFL over the weekend.
