Sean O’Driscoll is remaining grounded following the 4-1 thumping of Barnsley on Saturday, despite going 5 games unbeaten and for a brief period at least, claiming a place in the top 6 of the Championship table on Saturday night.

The Reds’ had leapt up the table into 6th place with the win over Barnsley, but dropped down to 7th a couple of hours later, when Hull beat Bristol City. The victory sees Sean O’Driscoll’s men on a 5 game unbeaten run and are beginning to hit the sort of form that could cement them in that Playoff place. Despite the recent resurgence, O’Driscoll is remaining calm and is refusing to get carried away.

Speaking to the official site, O’Driscoll said. “We`re still forming and this is a long season. There`s no point peaking now and going downhill for the rest of the season. We`ve got a week now until the Millwall game to make sure we build on this.’

The next 3 games for Forest sees them up against Millwall at home on Saturday, followed by another home game against Middlesbrough on Tuesday night and then a tough trip to table toppers Leicester the following Saturday.
