To date, we’ve signed several promising attacking players, and while we may not need more additions, we’re continuously linked with moves for new arrivals. One of the players who have been linked with a move to the club is free agent Yasin Ben El-Mhanni.

As Nottinghamshire Live reported earlier this week, we’re currently one of numerous teams who are interested in the services of El-Mhanni. The dynamic winger endured a difficult time at Newcastle United, where he failed to establish himself as a mainstay in the Magpies’ team.

Despite the difficulty in attaining first-team status at Newcastle, the winger is blessed with tremendous technical ability, and if he’s given the right guidance and sufficient first-team opportunities, he could flourish into an exceedingly accomplished player.

That said, the proposition of signing El-Mhanni doesn’t seem to be especially appealing to Forest fans. A vast majority of our respondents opposed the idea of signing the talented winger, in fact, 66% of those who answered the poll were against the potential signing of the 22-year-old.
