Some Nottingham Forest fans have been reacting to our 7-0 win over Chelsea in 1991.
With the football currently suspended, the club’s official Twitter account uploaded the full 90 minutes for all of us to enjoy.
The result was one of the last great wins under the Brian Clough regime, which would emotionally come to an end two years later after we were relegated from the Premier League.
Nevertheless, it was raining goals at the City Ground as the Reds romped home in what was an easy afternoon’s work for us. Braces from Roy Keane and Stuart Pearce, along with goals from Garry Parker, Ian Woan and Nigel Clough sealed the three points.
With this in mind, supporters hailed the team that Clough had formed and made their feelings clear about it on social media. One fan said that he remembers the game like it was yesterday, adding that Gary Crosby made Chelsea’s Frank Sinclair look ordinary throughout the 90 minutes.
Remember that game like it was yesterday. Gary Crosby made Frank Sinclair look like a Sunday League player

Probably the peak forest team of the late Clough era? Only exception I would make is Sheringham for the very nice but not nearly productive enough Glover
