Coach Andy Reid has called on Nottingham Forest to start where they left off when we face Wolverhampton Wanderers this season.

Taking a three one victory over Fulham last weekend, Reid said the aim would be to build on that this weekend as we host Wolves and hopefully make it back to back victories again.

Speaking to the Official Forest Site in his pre game press interviews, the midfielder explained that everybody would be looking to go out on a high in the final home game of the 2015/16 campaign.

‘We`re going to have to keep doing the things we`ve been doing. We`ve been working hard, we`ve kept a solid shape, when we win the ball back we keep possession and, at the right times, get men in the box. We feel with the ability we`ve got in our squad we`re capable of beating anyone in the league and I think we`ve shown that at times.’

Reid went on to say that Michael Mancienne has now returned to full training so he should come back into contention for the game this weekend, and Britt Assombalonga continues to work nicely towards better fitness and sharpness following his long term injury problems.

However, David Vaughan and Jamie Ward are no nearer a return at this moment in time.

‘We gave the fans something to cheer about on Saturday with the performance and result and we`re hopeful we can do the same with the home fans. They turn up in their numbers and at times they could have got on the players` backs a lot more than they have. We`re very grateful for that.’

With the way the season has fizzled out and the long gaps between wins again, back to back wins would at least boost things a touch ahead of the summer and then hopes rest on coming out of the embargo and however the new manager might be with speculation rumbling on.
