Nottingham Forest will kick off their pre-season preparations tomorrow with a trip to the University of Bath’s Sports Training Village, for a three-day fitness programme.
The centre has been used in the past by the England rugby team, and boasts the best the country has to offer in terms of training and fitness facilities.
