One Match Ban For Bertrand

On loan Chelsea defender Ryan Bertrand, picked up his 5th yellow card of the season last night and will now serve a one match ban for the game at home to Ipswich on Saturday.

It’s his 5th booking in 12 games for Forest, but he wont pick up a dafter one in the rest of his career than the one he received in the 1-0 win over Middlesbrough last night. Bertrand was booked for supposedly time wasting, but he was only waiting for a substitution to be made before he took a throw-in.

Thanks to referee Steve Tanner, Bertrand is now unavailable for the game at home to Ipswich at the weekend. It limits the Reds’ options in terms of a replacement at left back, with debate raging over whether it should be Chambers or Cohen who fills the void.
