Jack Robinson could miss Nottingham Forest’s meeting with Derby County on February 25 and the Reds’ clash with Stoke City on March 2 if he picks up another yellow card. The 25-year-old has nine bookings for the season and would be given a two-game ban if he adds to his tally over the weekend – he’s walking the tightrope against Preston on Saturday.

Robinson has already been suspended for one game earlier in the season after being sent off for a second yellow against Middlesbrough on October 16. Jack Colback has already served a one-game ban in November for picking up five yellow cards and a two-game ban in February, 2019 for picking up 10 yellow cards. He returned against West Brom and should feature against Preston.

As for Robinson, he’s been booked against Brentford (September 9), Sheffield Wednesday (September 19), Millwall (October 3), Sheffield United (November 3), Queens Park Rangers (December 22), Norwich City (December 26), Millwall (December 29), Leeds United (January 1, 2019) and Reading (January 12) this season and needs to keep his wits about him.

If the left-back can hold out on getting booked for another five games, he’ll avoid suspension for getting his tenth yellow card.
