With thirteen signings already in the bag this summer, the club have given Aitor Karanka the tools he needs to make a fist of promotion this season.

However, despite the number of new additions, there are still rumours we could sign another player before the end of the month. The latest report by Kickoff (via the Hartlepool Mail) is that a move for Wolves’ Romain Saiss could be on the cards.

When I polled fans yesterday whether we need any more players before the window shuts, the majority think we should keep with the squad we have:

The only scenario I can foresee where we may make another foray into the transfer market is if we let Ben Brereton go. Blackburn are very keen to recruit the 19-year-old, but Karanka has said a deal would only be sanctioned if it was right for all parties.

Were Ben to leave, I would think a loan move for another striker would be a possibility. Other than that though, I don’t see any movement before August 31st.
