‘No consistency’, ‘building something special’: Some Forest fans divided by boss’s comments

I think you might have to put that game down in the ‘got away with it’ category.

Forest came away with a 1-1 draw against Charlton Athletic last night, despite finding themselves very much on the back foot for most of the game. A goal from Albert Adomah with less than 15 minutes to go spared the visitors blushes, but Sabri Lamouchi was not impressed by what he saw.

Speaking to the club website after the game, he said:

“We got stronger but at the end we are lucky to go back to Nottingham with one point because they played much better than us, especially in the first half.”

It looks as if the team’s performances so far this season have split the fan base somewhat, there were some who obviously have faith in the manager that this is just the start of something.

Whilst these guys look like they are going to need to take a lot more convincing before they will finally be on the manager’s side. Although after that first-half performance, I can sort of see where they’re coming from.
