It was an incredible month for Forest.
After the rather disappointing start that was the West Brom game on the first day of the season, Forest have gone on a fabulous unbeaten run in all competitions.
And what better way of capping the month off by pointing out one of the highest of highlights from the month by celebrating a moment from one of Forest’s finest performances so far this season. That enough of a build-up for you? Or did I go over the top?
Forest fans have voted for Lewis Grabban’s first goal against Fulham to be the club’s ‘Goal of the Month’ for August. He faced some pretty stiff competition in the process, with two goals from Joe Lolley (his goal against Birmingham and header against Derby County) coming in 2nd and 3rd respectively.
When the result came through, it didn’t come as much of a surprise to the supporters, and there were a number of them who think that this won’t be the last time we see this goal brought up, thinking that it might already be hard to beat for ‘Goal of the season’.
Sabri ball at it's finest

Potential goal of the season tbh, unless we see some wonder goals come in

Be surprised if we see a better team goal in the Championship all season. The more I watch it, the better it gets. Classy.

Although I must say, I am slightly annoyed that Joao Carvalho’s goal against Derby County didn’t finish higher in the reckoning, I was certain that was going to win.
