GOAL hero Paul Mullin is eyeing a meeting with brother John in the next round of the Carling Cup after scoring the goal that knocked Nottingham Forest out of the competition at the first hurdle last night.

The Accrington Stanley striker couldn’t have picked a better time to grab his first goal as a Football League player as his 62nd minute deflected strike was enough to separate the Reds and two-time European champions Forest.

He added: ‘I’m looking forward to the second round draw. We’ve done well, we can sit back and watch and hopefully get a decent tie.

‘You never know, I might get my brother – Tranmere away, that’d be quite nice.

‘But any team from the Premiership would be superb.’
