Well, it looks as if these fans have got their minds made up.
It looks as if we might be set for our first departure of the January transfer window at the City Ground. According to reports in Spanish outlet AS, UD Almeria are in the process of bringing in Chema during the January transfer window, with the report saying that a deal is ‘close’.
The Spanish defender hasn’t been able to make huge strides into the first-team this season, and even if his minutes have picked up in recent weeks, it clearly wasn’t enough to put off other teams and come in for him.
Even though he’s been very much a bit-part player this campaign, when @CityGroundHQ asked fans for their opinion on his potential departure, it would seem as though the majority felt that he needed to be given more time, with many impressed by his recent performances.
