At least that unbeaten league run maintains intact.
In what was a slightly tougher encounter than Stoke on Friday night, Forest were pushed all the way as they played out a 1-1 draw away at Blackburn Rovers.
The less said about the first half the better. Other than a chance for Joe Lolley inside the opening minute, there wasn’t really a lot of action from either side. Perhaps Forest were still getting their legs back from the slog that was Stoke City on Friday night?
In fact when the high point of the half is the validity of a yellow card for Sammy Ameobi, you know that the game hasn’t exactly been a thriller .
Never a foul, but happened a few times first half at Stoke and we went on to win so good omen #nffc

The half ended with both sides level, however, possibly helped by the run that Forest have been on, that didn’t seem to concern certain parts of the Forest fanbase.
We’re usually better second half anyway. 3 points are there to be taken lads

The concern would start to settle in just past the hour mark though as the hosts went ahead through Adam Armstrong.
Totally deserved we’ve been garbage second half

Quick as a flash though and the Reds were level when Joe Lolley rifled the ball into the net.
About Time Mr Lolley now let’s win this

That was all she wrote though as both sides saw out the remainder of the game. Although it seemed as though the fanbase weren’t entirely sure what to make of the result. I’ll let you make your own minds up.
Kept sitting too deep and allowed Blackburn to play, they were there for the taking if we’d have gone for it. Lucky to get a point.
