Gonzalo Jara Reyes will miss the final two games of the season, after he picked up a knee injury in the build up to the weekend draw at home to Barnsley.

The Chile international has been in fine form since he made a season long loan move from West Brom back in January and has made 17 appearances for the Reds’.

Sky Sports News reports that the defender damaged knee ligaments in the build up to the 0-0 draw with Barnsley at the City Ground on Saturday. The news will come as a huge blow for manager Billy Davies, as he prepares his squad for the vital two remaining games against Millwall and Leicester.
