I think the fans have made their voices pretty clear on this one.
One of the biggest shocks when the teams were announced for Nottingham Forest’s game with Millwall on Friday night concerned who would be starting up front for the Reds. With plenty of talk in recent weeks about the decision whether or not to rest Forest’s top scorer Lewis Grabban, boss Sabri Lamouchi decided to go for the rest option and put him on the bench, starting Rafa Mir in his place instead.
Mir has had a bit of a rough time at the City Ground so far this season, restricted predominantly to a substitutes role, and failing to find the net when he has managed to get on the pitch.
So what would he do when presented with his big opportunity? Well, I’ll let the tweets from the Nottingham Forest faithful tell you how he got on.
Takes rafa mir 20 mins to get a touch yet grabban scores with his first, who saw that coming #NFFC

Rafa Mir clearly knows the value of the club and respect to him for that, but either he’s played in a complete wrong system or he’s not good enough, I’d say the latter personally #nffc

Rafa Mir – play like a drain. The Hauled off just in time to see his replacement score 😂😂#nffc

Can't wait for the next episode of Rogue Traders where Matt Allwright doorsteps the wolves chairman on behalf of #NFFC cos we've been done right up with Rafa Mir

I think Rafa Mir might be worse than Andrea Silenzi #NFFC

If I have to watch Rafa Mir for one more game I think I might cry🤦🏽♂️#nffc

Rafa Mir is a making himself a very strong candidate for the worst player to wear a forest shirt in recent years. And we've had Dan Harding. #NFFC

Sorry but Rafa Mir is just not a footballer. He just isn’t #NFFC

Should we cut Mir's loan short?
Yes
No
With rumours circulating that Forest are in the market for another forward in the January transfer window, you wonder how much longer Mir can go on underperforming like this before they pull the plug on his loan and send him back to Molineux.
