It’s Time To Make Our Voices Heard

I’m 100% certain that Colin Calderwood has to go. Third from bottom of the Championship, with only 3 wins in 23 games is long enough for Nigel Doughty to realise that CC is not the man to keep us up, let alone take us forward.

There’s alot of apathy on Trentside at the moment, alot of support for the board and the manager, but even more support for change. Something has to be done and that something should be the sacking/resignation of the manager to start with. The club need to know that the fans will not accept another relegation to League 1 and that we’re not happy with the way they (Doughty and Arthur) are running the club.

We’ve had 10 years of mismanagement from the top and 10 years of bad managerial appointments. Mr. Doughty and Co will point to a healthy balance sheet as a measure of success, but on the pitch, it’s been an unmitigated disaster.

I am sick to death of watching us continually fail and just as sick of doing nothing about it. At any other club the fans would be in uproar. I can’t believe the silence of Forest fans. It’s time to wake up and do something about the people who are killing this club. We should and can voice our concerns, instead of doing it from behind a keyboard. These words are just water off a ducks back to Doughty and Arthur, they won’t affect a thing. But a bit of pro active protest/action will.

A few hundred people in the Main Stand Car Park post Doncaster would do more than a little to make them at least take notice. They would at least know we aren’t happy, because at present there’s nothing going to change unless we the fans do something about it. If anyone knows of any plans to get something moving, then I’m more than happy to go on the Front Page and publish any plans of a protest, that would see the removal of Calderwood and hopefully bring in a change to take us forward. We can do something, or we can sit back and do nothing and watch us head off to another season in the fotballing graveyard of League 1. I know what I’d rather do. As for a replacement for Colin Calderwood……Big Sam Allardyce is still out of work. But he won’t be for much longer.
