Interesting news form the official site today, as Nottingham Forest announce the crazy idea of opposing fans sitting together to watch a game of football!

‘T’ Block, in the Brian Clough stand is to be a non segregated area for the Forest v Donny game on November 28. Forest have said this area of the ground will be for ‘attractively priced familiy tickets.’ It has to be said, it’s a positive and some might say brave move, on the part of NFFC.

It’s a bold move by the club and one that should be applauded by all fans. Although times have changed from the days of rioting on the terraces, the authorities unfortunately still treat football fans like animals. Whilst hooliganism may not have been totally eradicated from the game, it is a rarity inside the grounds and fans, especially families should be allowed and trusted to sit together peacefully.

Well done to NFFC.
