Forest Target van Aanholt Loan Signing?

‘Reports’ that Forest are interested in signing Chelsea youngster Patrick van Aanholt on loan have grown over the past few days.

The 19-year-old, who has enjoyed loans with Coventry and Newcastle, looks set for another loan move as his chances of forcing his way into the Chelsea starting 11 at the moment do not look that good – going out and playing 1st team football ‘could’ increase his chances in the not to distant future though.

Van Aanholt can play at left back or in central defence and as such Billy Davies is ‘said’, according to The Sun, to be interested in bringing the Holland youth international to The City Ground, although Newcastle are also ‘reported’ to be interest in him again.
