Forest sign Anthony Gardner?

Other than a few lines in The Mail there is nothing ‘concrete’ or ‘official’ but it is being claimed that Anthony Gardner has, or at least is signing for Forest?

The one time England international, a free agent after leaving Hull this summer, had been training with Palace – where he was on loan last season – but has now ‘opted to join Nottingham Forest’ apparently.

Fact or fiction? You would think that this would be found out later today…
