Forest Line Up Two Medicals On Deadline Day With Swedish International Now Linked

|

It’s being claimed today that Nottingham Forest are looking at free agent defender Alexander Milosevic as a potential capture prior to tonight’s January transfer window deadline.

The 27-year-old Swedish defender is currently without a club having left previous side AIK Fotboll at the end of December according to Sky Sports and should he make the move to England it will be his first time in the country. He did spend time with Besiktas and out in Germany with Hannover but if Soccerbase are accurate he doesn’t seem to have had a proper run of first team football for a while.

That said he does have five caps for his country and he helped AIK to the Swedish title last year in his second spell with them, so I guess if manager Martin O’Neill does have his eye on him as our second capture following his arrival, he’s a player he’s come across from his time with the Republic of Ireland.

I certainly don’t believe I know his name though.

With a medical being reported it could be the busy day we were expecting. Speculation also says that Leo Bonatini is lined up for a medical as well ahead of that deal going through from Wolverhampton Wanderers.
