Nathan Tyson grabbed a late leveller to extend leaders Nottingham Forest’s unbeaten away run following a 1-1 draw against plucky Rotherham.

The striker was introduced as a second-half substitute shortly after Will Hoskins had opened the scoring shortly.

And it proved an inspired decision by Forest boss Colin Calderwood.

On the hour mark, Forest were made to pay for their glut of missed chances as Rotherham broke the deadlock against the run of play.

Martin Woods cut in from the left flank before slotting a slick pass through to Nottingham-born frontman Hoskins, who fired home to take his season tally to 12.

Forest immediately introduced Tyson in place Neil Harris and he plundered his first goal of the season with two minutes left with a clinical 12-yard finish.
