Talk about sitting on the fence.

Well, as a whole the fanbase seems to be split, some people seem to know whether or not it would be a good deal or not, but you get the point.

With the transfer window finally under way, Nottingham Forest are yet to make any moves either in or out of the City Ground, but that could all be about to change in the not too distant future if one report is to be believed.

The BBC’s Phil McNulty is reporting that Forest are one of a number of clubs chasing Aston Villa’s Jonathan Kodjia. The 30-year-old hasn’t made much of an impact for Villa this season, only making ten appearances in all competitions, but does have a great record in the Championship with 47 goals in 139 games.

However, the Reds fanbase can’t seem to quite work out whether or not he would be a good signing. I suppose beggars can’t really be choosers, and given the amount of talk there has been about Lewis Grabban getting some help up front, this might be the best option they can get their hands on.

Would you be in favour of bringing in Kodja?

Yes

No

It certainly will be interesting to see how this story develops over the next couple of weeks.
